Regine's 1st Recipe to Share: 'Putaneska'

From now on, the admin will post recipes that came from Regine's personal account since she will not be able to confirm/add friends. I'll post recipes from her heart that she wanted to share with you guys!

1st Recipe:


* Hi everybody,first of all ang totoo hindi talaga ako marunong magluto.Pero sa kagustuhan kong alagaan ang jowa ko natutu akong magluto. Sabi ng tatay ko pag marunong ka maggisa pwede kang magluto. So here we go first recipe;





* Pasta Puttanesca ok i know this one is really easy but this is my comfort food. Here ar the ingredients.

* olive oil, extra virgin kung meron lang
* chopped garlic,onion and tomato
* anchovy but if you dont like it you can use tuna
* pitted black and green olives
* you can also put mushroom
* capers and fresh basil
* salt and pepper

* Ito na yung sinasabi ni mang Gerry. First hit olive oil then put anchovy madudurog yan nang kusa so just let be. Then saute' garlic,onion and tomato.Let it simmer mga dalawang minuto tapos you can already add the olives,caned mushroom,capers and basil.To make it extra special you can add seared tuna. Sabi in mang Gerry pag nagigisa ka raw'' add your seasoning already.But insted of salt and pepper lang nilalagyan nya ng konting patis .Now, i dont really know how to measure so i use my senses.Kaya pakinggan,masdan,langhapin at higit sa lahat tikman.
