Regine's 2nd Recipe to Share: 'Tuna mo, Tuna ko, Tuna nating lahat'

* To make the seared Tuna

* Ingredients
* Tuna fillet
* Salt and Pepper
* Dill fresh sana kung wala dry nalang okey
* Olive oil



How to make:

Hindi ko alam kung saan lupalop ko napulot ito.

Dry the fish, put salt, pepper and dill

then drizzle olive oil marinate for two minutes.

Hit pan, pag mainit na te lagay muna si tuna. 30 second for each side.

You can now put your seared tuna on top of your pasta.

You can also use this for your salad (kung ikaw ay gaya kona forever nagdadiet.)

* Ingredients:

* Lettuce and cherry tomato kung walang cherry tomato kahit anong tomato nalang
* Sauce for the seared tuna salad
* 4 spoon full of Balsamic Venigar or white wine venigar
* 2 spoon full of sesame oil
* salt and pepper to taste



Siguro naman hindi ko na kailangan ituro sa inyo kung pano gumawa ng salad no!

Pasensya masungit ang chef.
