Regine Velasquez LIVE on Party Pilipinas once again after the announcement that she's pregnant last April and after visiting Party Pilipinas last June but as an audience.
Ogie Alcasid celebrated his birthday in Party Pilipinas, August 28 2011. Ogie, whose birthday is August 27, 1967, turns 44. The singer song writer did a very romantic duet with wife, Regine Velasquez and their song number was full of love and emotions.
The show also showed Ogie’s advocacies through helping charitable institutions and sponsoring a Rondalla GK Farm in Angat, Bulacan.
Meanwhile, Ogie wasn’t able to hold his tears for being so happy to sing with Regine on TV once again.
“Alam mo kasi pag nakikita ko kung gano kaganda asawa ko, habang dala nya baby ko, hindi ko mapigil emotion ko because of extreme joy,” Says Ogie.
“Malapit na sya lumabas, baka maging singer or dancer..tapos biglang naging architect, no?” Says Regine.
The singer songwriter said that he is thankful that he is so blessed. When Jaya asked his birthday wish, Ogie said that his wish is just for Regine to continue being happy with him. Regine answered that she has never been this happy. She also thanked Ogie for being so patient with her while she’s going through her pregnancy.
“ Hindi tayo yayaman sa mga pinaggagawa mo, gusto kong malaman ng Pilipinas yan, pero sobra akong proud sayo, kaya naman sobrang daming blessings” Says Regine.
Ogie also shared to the audience that if people always tell him how blessed he is and Regine, he said that it is true but he wants to let everyone know that we are all not just them, are blessed. -Daily Pinoy Showbiz

Herminio Alcasid, Jr., more popularly known as Ogie Alcasid (born August 27, 1967), is a Filipino singer, songwriter, comedian, composer, television host, actor, and entrepreneur.
Regine and Ogie announced their engagement at Party Pilipinas on August 8, 2010 after 7 years.
By December 22, 2010 Regine Velasquez had married Ogie Alcasid in Terrazas de Punta Fuego in Nasugbu Batangas.
In April 2011, She and her husband confirmed the news of her pregnancy through the same afternoon-variety show, Party Pilipinas.

Naging very emotional nga ang 44th birthday celebration ni Ogie dahil bukod sa pagpapakita ng magiging hitsura ng baby boy nila ni Regine Velasquez, dumating din ang mga malalapit na kaibigan ng singer para batiin at mag-perform sa kanyang concert.
Kabilang sa mga naging panauhun ni Ogie ay sina Solenn Heussaff, Derrick Monasterio, Jaya, La Diva, Kyla, Frencheska Farr, Hotlegs, at ang Wonder Boys (Michael V, Antonio Aquitania, at Boy2 Quizon).
Sinorpresa rin si Ogie nina Mitch Valdes at Dingdong Avanzado.

Kailan lang ay ikinuwento ni Ogie na nagkaroon ng insecurity si Regine dahil pakiramdam nito ay hindi na siya maganda dahil sa pagbubuntis niya.
"Iba na siya ngayon. Nalagpasan na niya yung stage na 'yon na parang insecure siya at nagiging emotional siya.
"Lahat naman ng mga first time na magbuntis ay dumaraan sa gano'ng stage.
"I always tell her na maganda siyang magbuntis. And nakita naman ng lahat na she's glowing and she's very beautiful.
"I've never seen her so beautiful kaya lalo akong nai-in love sa kanya ngayon," nakangiti niyang sabi.

Sa Saturday, August 27, pa talaga ang exact birthday ni Ogie kaya may big birthday special siya sa musical-variety show ng GMA-7 sa Linggo.
"Mas maganda at mas malinaw na 4-D image na ipapakita namin sa Party Pilipinas.
"Gusto namin ng misis ko na i-share sa mga kasama namin doon ang hitsura ng aming baby.
"Pahulaan kung sino ang kamukha. Ako ba o si Regine?" tawa pa ni Ogie.
FAMILY DAY. Sa mismong araw naman ng birthday ni Ogie ay magiging family day raw nila ito ni Regine.
"May naka-schedule na doctor's appointment si Regine on Saturday kaya sasamahan ko siya.
"Then we will have a quiet celebration. Kaming dalawa lang and our baby na ilang buwan na lang ay darating na.
"The next day, big celebration sa GMA-7 kaya I will take that Saturday as a rest day and to be with my family."
Kaya magandang birthday gift daw para kay Ogie ang lahat ng nangyayari sa buhay niya.
Wala na raw siyang mahihiling pa sa Panginoon dahil blessed na blessed ang kanyang pamilya.
"Ano pa ba ang mahihiling ko kay Lord? Siguro good health na lang at patuloy na maging maganda ang takbo ng buhay namin ng misis ko at ng magiging baby namin.
"Sa aking career, I can't complain.
"I have a new show coming out which is Protégé na makakatulong sa mga talented Pinoys from different parts of our country.
"Nandiyan pa rin ang Party Pilipinas at Bubble Gang.
"My recording career is in full swing as well.
"I like to say thank you sa ating Panginoon for everything. Kaya we always give back and share our blessings.
"It's the small things that we do that make our life a lot better every day," sabi pa ni Ogie.

Three months before he says “Hello, world!”, Nathaniel James Velasquez Alcasid has already been immortalized in a song written for him by his father and which his mother, Regine Velasquez will surely sing to him as a welcome gesture.
“We’ve seen Nathaniel in the latest ultrasound done on Regine,” said Ogie of his first son. (He has two daughters, Leila and Sarah, with his ex-wife Michelle van Eimeren who is remarried to her fellow Australian.) “He looks 50/50 me and Regine; hati kami,” added Ogie who just came back from Australia to visit his daughters.

Volume 1 Tonya is a simple girl who lives a quiet & contented life in Vigan. She grew up with her uncle Cesar/Sarsi, who owns and manages a funeral home. Kenneth on the other hand is an impulsive guy from Manila who always seems to get on the wrong side of his father. Kenneth gets so upset after learning that his love interest Nikki was paired-up by his father to his older brother Ramon. While nursing his broken heart, Kenneth fortuitously meets Tonya. A car accident which kills a young lady changes Tonya's life. She is pushed into hiding after being pursued by the young lady's gangster boyfriend on a mistaken conclusion that she caused her death. Tonya's uncle Cesar/Sarsi decides to take her to Manila. And to keep Tonya safer from her pursuers, Uncle Cesar/Sarsi and his gay friends help Tonya disguise herself as a cross dresser by the name of Tonette. They take her to Club Love, a club with a top class act that features musical numbers performed by talented transvestites. As it turns out, Club Love is managed by Kenneth's aunt who recently hires him as a co-manager. Will Kenneth recognize Tonette as Tonya, the girl he met in Vigan? Or will he see her as nothing but a drag performer?
Volume 2 Tonette was walking on her way to the parlor one night when, suddenly, a group of drinking men starts making fun of her. Luckily, Kenneth saves her from these rude men and gives her a ride home. Tonette's uncle, decides that Tonette should stay in Club Love for her safety. Vodka, Club Love's star performer envies Tonette for becoming the new drag queen. He gets very insecure and is disappointed when he finds out that Tonette will be staying with them in their room for the meantime. For him the room is too small for the two of them. Vodka annoys Tonette by making fun of her. This pushes Mama Marita, owner of the Club Love, to transfer Tonette to another room. Kenneth and Tonette now become roommates. Meanwhile, Sonny Boy is still eager to find Tonya. Polly, Tonette's bestfriend, decides to follow Tonya to Manila. She feels it isn't safe for her to stay in Vigan since she's always being followed by Sonny Boy's men. There is annual physical examination for all Club Love performers. Will Tonette's secret identity be revealed? How will Kenneth react if he finds out that his roommates is actually a woman?
Volume 3 Kenneth is in denial that he's beginning to like Tonette. He doesn't like the idea that he's falling in love with a gay like her. He avoids Tonette and doesn't want to talk to her. He then forces Tonette to become a man, and Tonette agrees with what he wants. She dresses as a man for them to become friends again. She undergoes serious training with Kenneth. He provides certain rules for her to follow, in order to become a real man. She is not allowed to speak gay language anymore, and she is not allowed to talk to any gay performers in the club. Her name is also changed from Tonette to Tony Boy. Meanwhile, Sonny Boy and his gang become so aggressive in finding Tonya that they even harass Tonya's friend, Joel. Sonny Boy decides to go to Manila to continue searching for Tonya. Joel then follows Tonya to Manila to warn her about Sonny Boy's arrival. On the other hand, Mandy, Sonny Boy's sister who is obsessed with Kenneth, discovers where Kenneth stays and find him. Kenneth then promises to take Mandy out on a date, but in reality, plans to send Tonette aka Tony Boy in his place. Tonette, feeling that Kenneth has a surprise in store for her, agrees too, unaware that Mandy is the real date. But Tonette, dressed up as Tony Boy, finds out soon enough. Mandy decides to focus her feelings towards Tony Boy instead, since Kenneth doesn't seem to care for her. Now that Tonette is Tony Boy, will she still performed in Club Love? How long does she need to dress up as a man? What will happen if Mandy introduces Tony Boy to her brother Sonny Boy? Will Sonny Boy recognized her as Tonya? How long will she keep hiding for her real identity from the notorious Sonny Boy and his gang?

Meet Tony Boy of 'I Heart You Pare' and Marcus Jung of 'My Binondo Girl'
They are almost at the six month mark and Ogie Alcasid cannot contain his happiness over wife Regine Velasquez’ first-time pregnancy. She’s very "blessed,” the happy dad told “The Buzz” on Aug. 7.
Such is Ogie’s excitement that he has, in fact, been updating the media about her situation almost religiously. Just last Thursday, Ogie had been in a press conference for his birthday concert and he commented,“I think my wife is very, very happy. So, we’re both very happy.”
Regine had been present at the presscon but had refused to grant interviews at that time.
By Saturday, the couple was again spotted together at an event and according to the report on “The Buzz,” Regine had a bright smile and was glowing. However, it was Ogie that spoke to the reporters once again.
“Galing kaming OB kanina… five months and three weeks na. Ang dasal ko lang eh, sana patuloy ang pagiging healthy ng asawa ko, patuloy ‘yung walang komplikasyon.”
He likewise shared their experience with the pregnancy, so far. “First three months, very crucial ‘yan eh. We had to make sure that she gets enough rest para kumapit ‘yung baby. But everything is very positive, wala naman siyang dinadaing. So I’m sure that the baby would be a very happy baby.”
In the same taped interview, he revealed how hands-on he is about taking care of Regine—especially when it comes to her health.
On keeping tabs of her eating habits, he shared, “Ginigising ko rin siya kasi kailangan niya kumain. Ayokong nalilipasan siya ng gutom. So kailangan before, well, at least magising siya nang 8, makapag-breakfast siya. And then kailangan makapag-lunch din siya.”
Like the protective father and husband that he is, Ogie also noted, “Gusto ko regular ‘yung kanyang pagkain. Medyo strikto ako dun. Siyempre kailangan natin alagaan ‘yung asawa natin.”
As the couple counts down the days for the arrival of Baby Nathaniel (Nathaniel James), Ogie is reportedly leaving for Australia to visit his kids, Leila and Sarah, with ex-wife Michelle Van Eimeren (who is now married to Australian businessman Mark Murrow).
Ogie knows that it will be a very busy time for him and his wife come November, when Regine is reportedly due to give birth.
In a report on “Showbiz News Ngayon” on Aug. 5, Ogie related how his two daughters are truly concerned about Regine. “Ang sa kanila, gusto nila na si Ate Reg [Velasquez] ay maganda and ayos ang pangangatawan... and safe ‘yung baby,” he was quoted.
In the same report, he shared how his daughters reacted to the news of the baby. “Yung bunso ko sigaw nang sigaw. Siyempre excited sila na magkakaroon na sila ng baby brother,” he said.
