This Good Housekeeping cover girl shares advice for busy moms.
Asia's Songbird Regine Velasquez graces the cover of Good Housekeeping Magazine's May 2012 issue. The singer, who gave birth to baby Nate in November 2011, is putting her career aside temporarily in favor of taking care of her baby in his first months.

"A lot of pregnant people tell me that motherhood would change you, but I had no idea it would change my life this way," she told Good Housekeeping. "Iba na ang outlook mo ngayon. You think of your child first unconsciously. Tapos every day of my life is different. And it’s really fast."

Despite being busy with her mommy duties, though, Regine still finds time to take care of herself and her own needs. Read on for her tips for moms who want to have some "me" time of their own.

1. GET A MASSAGE ONCE IN A WHILE.

“I’m a breastfeeding mom, so I need a massage to relax.”

2. GET A MANI-PEDI.

“You can opt for a home service spa, so you don’t have to leave the baby.”

3. MAKE THE MOST OF BATHING TIME.

“Lock the door. Do something there. When I take a bath, I take my time. Lotion, lahat. I take advantage of it.”
