The Return of the Songbird in a Valentine Concert on February 14, 2012 "Mr. & Mrs. A"

Ogie Alcasid and Regine Velasquez will dedicate some of their songs to their child, Baby Nate. Partial proceeds of their Mr. and Mrs. A concert will help impoverished cancer-stricken children get the proper medical treatment they need to battle their illness.

Ogie Alcasid and his wife, Regine Velasquez-Alcasid, will mount their reunion Valentine concert dubbed Mr. and Mrs. A at the Araneta Coliseum on February 14, 2012.

Concertgoers can look forward to performances from Vice Ganda; Princess of R&B: Kyla; the Philippine Prince of Pop: Erik Santos and Pinoy champions--Pilipinas Got Talent Season 2 Grand Winner Marcelito Pomoy, and the first ever Star Power winner, Angeline Quinto.

Partial proceeds of the concert will benefit the Philippine General Hospital's Medical Social Service outreach program for cancer-stricken kids.

The funds will also be allocated for the continuous chemotherapy treatments of 5 cancer-stricken children. Anna Puno (co-producer), Regine and Ogie were the ones who initiated this advocacy in time for the love month.

Mr. And Mrs. A promises to be a musical showcase featuring the powerful music of the Songwriter and the Songbird. Ogie and Regine will unveil their stories of love and life weaved together through the most beautiful songs of our time.  They will take a musical journey of love on stage as their team up in both their professional and personal lives takes center stage as they engage the audience in the beauty of the truth of finding love, being in love, staying in love and all things in between!  They will be singing about the love between two survivors of heartaches and intrigues.

Ogie says about their upcoming project: "Excited kami pareho ni Regine para sa Febuary 14 concert namin sa Smart Araneta Coliseum. Mr and Mrs. A ang title ng concert namin dahil first concert namin ito together pagkatapos naming ikasal. First time din magbabalik si Regine pagkatapos niyang magbuntis at manganak kay Baby Nate kaya sigurading miss na siya ng lahat ng Reginians."
