Regine's 4th Recipe to Share: 'Dora Surprise'

*Baked dory fish served with potato and apple salad..

Itong recipe na to ito naimbento kasi gusto ko na iba naman ang maipakain ko sa jowa ko, may pagkahealth churva ang jowa ko kaya ginawa ko ito...Here are the ingredients;

Fillet dory fish

Capers

Black olive

Ginger

Chile pepper or cayenne pepper

Paprika

Lemmon

Crunchy Garlic in a bottle

but if for some unknown reason you cant find the crunchy garlic ( kase taga ibang planeta ka) you can also make your own... Go figure...di ko na problema yan good luck

nalang sa inyo kaya na ng powers nyo yan...

Pat dry your dory fish with towel, and then place on a foil, then put some crushed ginger, paprika, chile powder, 1 1/2tsp capers, 1tsp garlic, black olives, 1 tsp sesame oil and season it with crushed pepper and spread evenly on one side of your fish and then cover it with the otherside of your fish then drizzle it with 1tsp of olive oil and season again with crushed peppers... I didnt add any salt simply because the crunchy garlic is a bit salty already and same goes with the capers. But if you still want it to be salty bahala kayo magkasakit kayo sa bato...then preheat oven 350 degree celsius cook it for 5mins..then open foil and bake it again for another 2mins just enough to brown the top...

Baby potato apple salad

Fuji apple

Baby potatoes

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar(black)

Salt and pepper

Honey

First peel apples and chop thinly, then cut boiled baby potatoes in half, then mix it in a bowl with 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 3 tbsp olive oil, 1tsp honey, salt and pepper to taste...then put it aside or in the fridge...serve it chilled.

Platting

In a plate, sandukin mo te sa foil carefully ang baked dory, pour in whatever sauce you have in there put it in one side, then drizzle a little sesame oil, then on the other side of your plate put the chilled salad,, and season with peppers and sqeeze lemon on top...

I hope you guys are enjoying the recipes i've been posting... these recipes are actually healthy... but if you want it healthier, easy on the salt...you can try the recipes and make it your own... i'm pretty sure you guys and gays (LOLZ) can make it even better... and then WAG KAYONG MADAMOT I-SHARE NYO NAMAN NOH!!! that's all for today... hopefully tomorrow i still have enough strength to do another recipe...byeeee...
