A migraine is characterized by flashes of light that appear across the field of vision, problems with speech, numbness or dizziness. Migraine pains are typically intense and, at their worst; are debilitating, with weakness, nausea, sweating and vomiting. The senses are heightened and the slightest noise, light or movement unbearable.
Usually, the pain is localized or especially intense on one side of the head or over one eye. The person may also suffer from irritability. He or she usually wants to be left alone and out of any direct light.
About one in five migraine sufferers will experience an "aura" (An aura is a forewarning, usually consisting of visual disturbances or neurologic symptoms and occurring within the hour before the onset of the headache. About 60 percent of all types of migraine attacks consist of migraine without aura.)minutes before the onset of a headache. Women report seeing flashes of light and zigzag patterns and sometimes experiencing speech impairment, confusion and numbness in their faces and limbs.
From beginning to end, migraine attacks may last for hours to days. In addition to the symptoms described, patients with migraine (with or without aura) may experience a prodrome, or symptoms which occur up to 48 hours before the actual migraine attack begins. Some patients, for example, may have food cravings, changes in mood, irritability, drowsiness, difficulty concentrating, nausea, diarrhea or excessive yawning.
Migraines most commonly occur in women and usually start between the ages of 10 and 46. Migraines can be difficult to diagnose. Without proper diagnosis, the patient cannot get the proper treatment. It is more likely the patient visits the doctor headache-free so it is important to describe the symptoms in a very clear way.
Because migraine is more than a common headache, in some people painkillers may not work. It is more suitable to take special migraine medicines prescribed by a doctor These medicines can stop or help to relieve the migraine pain.
Hormonal Imbalance Symptoms
Hormonal Imbalance Symptoms- Hormonal imbalances are most common in adolescents especially women. The symptoms might increase as women age. Hormonal imbalance can manifest itself through any of the following symptoms: • Allergy • Anxiety, fatigue, and depression • Endometriosis • Fibrocystic breasts • Facial hair growth and hair loss • Unclear thinking, dizziness and headaches.

Songbird Source! Special Tribute To Bagyong Ondoy Victims
Ondoy left the country yesterday,
leaving behind 95 dead,
29 missing,
247,555 people were affected by storm,
rich or poor.
When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high,
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky,
And the sweet silver song of a lark.
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown, ooh, ooh
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone,
You'll never walk alone.

Versions By Regine- Mariah Carey Medley
Mariah Carey (born March 27, 1970) is an American R&B singer, songwriter, record producer, and actress. She made her recording debut in 1990 under the guidance of Columbia Records executive Tommy Mottola, and became the first recording artist to have her first five singles top the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. Following her marriage to Mottola in 1993, a series of hit records established her position as Columbia's highest-selling act. According to Billboard magazine, she was the most successful artist of the 1990s in the United States.
Following her separation from Mottola in 1997, Carey introduced elements of hip hop into her album work, to much initial success, but her popularity was in decline when she left Columbia in 2001. She signed to Virgin Records but was paid to leave the label the following year after a highly publicized physical and emotional breakdown, as well as the poor reception given to Glitter, her film and soundtrack project. In 2002, Carey signed with Island Records, and after a relatively unsuccessful period, she returned to the top of pop music in 2005.
Carey was named the best-selling female pop artist of the millennium at the 2000 World Music Awards. She has the most number-one singles for a solo artist in the United States (eighteen; second artist overall behind The Beatles),where, according to the Recording Industry Association of America, she is one of the best-selling female artists and sixteenth overall recording artist. In addition to her commercial accomplishments, Carey has earned five Grammy Awards, and is well-known for her vocal range, power, melismatic style, and use of the whistle register. She is ranked as the best-selling female artist of the U.S. Nielsen SoundScan era (third-best-selling artist overall),with shipments of over 62.5 million albums in the U.S.and has sold more than 200 million albums worldwide.
Butterfly
"Butterfly" is a song written and produced by American singer Mariah Carey and Walter Afanasieff for Carey's seventh album, Butterfly (1997). It is a ballad combining elements of pop and gospel, but Carey had originally conceived it as a house record with David Morales titled "Fly Away (Butterfly Reprise)." After realizing how personal the lyrics were and how they could be applied to Butterfly, she wrote "Butterfly" with Afanasieff. On the song's lyrics, Carey comments "It was '97 and I was leaving my marriage [to Tommy Mottola] which encompassed my life. I was writing the song 'Butterfly' wishing that that's what he would say to me."
It was released as the album's second single in 1997. It did not appear on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart because it was not issued as a commercial single in the United States; Billboard magazine rules at the time stipulated that a commercial release was required for a song to enter the Hot 100. It was a moderate success on charts that airplay-only singles were allowed to enter, such as the Rhythmic Airplay Chart, Hot Adult Contemporary Tracks and Top 40 Mainstream charts, and it reached number 16 on Billboard's Hot 100 Airplay chart. "Butterfly" was not a substantial hit outside the U.S.: it reached number 22 in the UK and number 27 in Australia, failing to match the success of "Honey," the album's first single. In France and Germany the single did not reach the top forty.
"Butterfly" was nominated for the 1998 Grammy Award for Best Female Pop Vocal Performance, which it lost to Sarah McLachlan's "Building a Mystery."

Never Too Far
"Never Too Far" is a song written and produced by American singer Mariah Carey, Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis for Carey's tenth album, Glitter. The protagonist of this ballad states that although physical distance can sometimes separate lovers, the love they share will never be too far apart. It was released as the album's second single in 2001, and was Carey's first radio airplay-only release in the U.S. after 1998 when Billboard magazine had given chart eligibility to singles that weren't released in a physical format.
"Never Too Far" became Carey's first U.S. single to not appear on the Billboard Hot 100, but it reached number 5 on Billboard's Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart, which represents the twenty-five singles below the Hot 100's number 100 position which have not yet appeared on the Hot 100. It was not solicited to R&B radio stations in the U.S. As a double A-side with "Don't Stop (Funkin' 4 Jamaica)," the single reached the top forty in the United Kingdom and Australia. In Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Sweden, it was released on its own and peaked outside the top forty.
No remixes of the song were commissioned, though a radio edit reduces the lengthy introduction. The charity single "Never Too Far/Hero Medley" combines the first verse of "Never Too Far" with a re-recorded version of the second verse and bridge of Carey's "Hero" (1993), and it was later released in the U.S. and charted on the Billboard Hot 100.
Carey was unable to film a music video for the single as she was recovering from an emotional and physical breakdown. Instead, a video was created using a scene taken directly from the film Glitter, where Billie Frank (played by Carey) sings the song at Madison Square Garden during her first sold-out concert. Frank's performance of the song in the film omits its entire second verse, and the song's development runs in parallel with the film's love story.
The song has been covered live by many singers in Philippines, including Regine Velasquez, Jonalyn Viray, Rachelle Ann Go, and Erik Santos.

My All
"My All" is a song written by American singer Mariah Carey and Walter Afanasieff for Carey's seventh album, Butterfly (1997). It is built around a Latin guitar, Latin chord, and also makes subtle use of Latin percussion in the first chorus, before taking on a more conventional contemporary R&B-style beat. Its protagonist declares she would give "her all" to have just one more night with her estranged lover. It was released as the album's fifth and final single in 1998. It was produced by Carey and Afanasieff with keyboards by Afanasieff and producer Dan Shea. "My All" was mixed by Mick Guzauski. "My All" at the time set a record, giving Carey her thirteenth number-one hit on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, the most by any female recording artist.
